    • A: We have supplied our fish food for the best part of 20 years, working with only select suppliers worldwide to ensure products are developed and blended to our mutually agreed SOPs.

  • Q: How does flake for example arrive in good condition when it is extremely fragile?
    • A: Simply by investing in specific packaging and test shipping we have optimised the delivery process ensure you will not be disappointed.

  • Q: What happens if my fish do not like your nosh?
    • A: Simply return to us, and we will refund the money paid for the food (Not the shipping either way)We will refund whatever is left if some is used, provided it arrives as sent. Some people mix it up and this cannot be refunded.

  • Q: Can you advise what food to feed my fish?
    • A: We have segregated our site to assist in identifying the foods by species, but additional help can be found in fish forums which are specific to each variety and can provide new insights to the hobby.

    • A: Since we started nearly 20 years ago, service has been the way we work, we have CRM systems to make sure your enquiries are answered timely and correctly. Quality has been organically achieved by working with suppliers who are able to consistently provide best working practice to achieve ultimate quality, and some suppliers have been “sacked” for not acheiving this mutual goal. Value for money is why we set up Aquarama, prices for branded products are too high and continue to be so, so we found a new way to ensure our fellow hobbyists can enjoy the best for less.
